Parking & Registration
Your name tag is your ticket. Before you enter the sanctuary, please register. You will also receive a decal for free parking.
High Holy Day Clothing Drive
Please bring NEW or GENTLY WORN CLEAN clothing, shoes (in pairs only), belts, handbags, light linens and towels to services for a project we are working on. Please leave them in bags at the collection desk in the registration area.
Stay warm!
You might want to bring a sweater, jacket or shawl to Services so you don't get chilly from the air conditioning. We need to make sure we're not too warm.
Children Are Welcome...
We are a child-friendly congregation and love that you bring your children to temple on Shabbat and High Holy Days!
We have also become aware that Yizkor and the Rabbis' sermons do not enhance your children's experiences. To assure kids and adults have the most connected, holy day, please step outside with your young children or take them to the babysitting room during Yizkor and Sermons. Doors are closed during Sermons, so please enter and leave prior to or following the sermons.
Children are welcome... to pray, sing and dance with us the rest of the time. When we're sitting, please have children sit with you in a seat and not on the floor in the aisles due to safety regulations.
Click here to see what fun the kids had last year during Yom Kippur.
Break Out Sessions
You may wish to bring comfortable clothing to change into.

QIGONG ENERGY HEALING Jared Krupnick & Lisa Lumiere This ancient Chinese meditative practice uses slow, non-strenuous movement, controlled breathing and focused intention to enhance our body's circulation of qi (chi) life-force energy. Many people feel more connected with God by experiencing an energetic oneness with nature and the universe. Regular practice improves health, strength, and can even reverse disease. www.EnergeticQigong.com, www.LisaLumiere.com |

KABBALAH MEDITATIONS Judith Gulko, Ph.D. In this workshop, you will experience meditations that help you receive the sacred within us. ("Kabbalah" comes from the root "L'kabell," which means to receive). After the meditations, like Rabbi Shoni's meditations on being "porous", we will share what and how we received.
