Tonight’s class is led by Rabbi Goldie Milgram

Title: Exploring the Psychospiritual Differences between Teshuvah and Forgiveness.

Judaism is a spiritual path and one deep and transformational practice is called teshuvah. Teshuvah is a process that does not mean “forgiveness,” when understood and pursued in a deep way is significant intra- and inter- personal work. Teshuvah is a primary route to healing and transformation. The health of families and organizations, even societies depend on engaging in teshuvah yet left undone. Through stories, texts, and methods of Jewish spiritual guidance, Reb Goldie will offer guidance to help you consider yet unaddressed areas of teshuvah in your spheres of influence. Which will you take on this year?
