Pick one of each: Red Grape Juice or Red Wine, enough for 4 small cups per person

Pick one of each: Pure water or sparkling water to dilute the red color above as we go along
FRUITS/NUTS
Dimension One, Assiya, fruit with an inedible shell:

Pick at least one, shell on, so have a nutcracker and or knife for peeling: almonds, walnuts, coconuts, pecans, pistachios, tangerines, grapefruit, etc. 
Dimension Two, Yetzira, fruits that have a soft outside and one solid seed within:
Have at least one and have a knife for peeling: apricots, cherries,  loquats, mangos, olives, papaya, peach, plum, etc.
Dimension Three, Briya, fruit that have inside seeds: 
Have at least one and a knife for cutting/peeling: pomegranates, dates, apples, kiwis, figs, papaya, passion fruit, strawberries, pears, watermelon, grapes, etc. 
Dimension Four, Atzilut, fruits that are totally soft and edible without having to cut or edit them in any way: Have at least one batch or a mixture: raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, etc.

Greetings, we invite you to join us in a powerful, interactive, and experiential on-line class entitled, “Death as Homecoming: Life is the Answer.”  Facing your mortality can free you to embrace life more fully, enabling you to savor each moment with greater awareness. We look forward to sharing the tools we have gathered and developed in our learning process, helping you to release anxiety and step forward in your life with heightened peace of mind.  This 2-hour class will meet for 6 weeks on Tuesday evenings from 5:00-7:00 PM,  January 25 to March 1. There has been some interest expressed regarding helping Holocaust survivors in our community.  The Tribe Project (run by Holocaust Heroes Worldwide) matches volunteers with survivors in ongoing monthly service.  The goal of the tribe is to bring social connection.

You can also help survivors by volunteering at Craig’s Pantry in Plantation. 
Our kosher food partner, they serve Holocaust survivors and their families
in Broward County throughout the year.
