Dear TAO Friend,

Our hope is that this message finds you well. This year has brought with it unexpected challenges and hardships for many. It has also presented an opportunity for those that want to help those that need help. Thank you for being a part of our TAO community and supporting us during these unprecedented times. Despite this year being unlike any other, our community’s support for our cause continues to inspire us.

This December 1st is #GivingTuesday – a global day of giving and unity.
This is a huge giving moment and we need your help. How can you help?
• Give what you can…..No donation is too small!  Donations of all sizes are welcome and helpful.
You can donate now by clicking here.
• Share our Fundraiser on Giving Tuesday from the Marc Labowitz Facebook page to your own page.
• Create a Facebook fundraiser and share it with your friends on #GivingTuesday.
Creating a fundraiser is easy and we welcome fundraisers with any goal amount.
• You can also help by creating a Facebook Birthday fundraiser during the year, by adding a donate link to your Facebook posts and a Donate button or sticker on your Instagram posts.

Facebook is contributing up to $7 million in total matching funds to donations made through Facebook on
Dec 1st and charges no fees on donations made on Facebook’s platform, so all of the money raised will go towards
our goal. Thank you for your support!

TAO’s virtual programming and continued work in the community has only been possible due to you –
this amazingly generous community, particularly during these challenging times.
Your support is invaluable.
We thank you and appreciate you.
Help us help the community in which we live by giving on #Giving Tuesday. Donate here.
 Warmly,
Rabbis and Staff of Temple Adath Or

Sweet Friends,

In our effort to lead our TAO community
to a state of oneness and wholeness,
I will be facilitating
“A Primer for Maintaining Relationships with Those Who Vote Differently.”

on Wednesday, Dec 2 at 7:30 pm.

I invite you to participate in this meaningful and necessary discussion.  As you know, commUnity
is who we are and what we do.
Some of the topics we plan to cover are:
— Taking the first steps toward acceptance of each other.  –– Discussing concrete steps to moving forward.
— Options for reconciliation or not.  — How to discuss and accept philosophical differences with respect, without assigning blame.  — Recognizing/Remembering the positive traits you see in a person outside of his/her party affiliation.  — Preventing prejudice against a group because you believe you are better or more moral than they.

I encourage you to participate in this discussion with an open mind and an open heart
so that we can together redeem and enhance our loving friendships and remain Together As One.

With a loving heart, Rabbi Marc
