Meditation on the Flame
Pause a moment and sit comfortably in a chair or on the floor.  Keep your eyes open as you gaze at the candle in front of you.  Maintain your focus on the candle in front of you and begin noticing the image and sensations of the candle moving closer and closer to you.  See the candle inside of you and concentrate on the flame within your body.  Watch it move through one body part at a time, until it envelops you with passion and emerges out the top of your head in a fountain of color, light and energy.  Spend a moment or two luxuriating in the energizing flow.  (Creativity, p. 264)
