Tetzaveh: Exodus 27:20 – 30:10

You are here as a part of humanity in order to receive the richness of empowering another to empower yourself.  So next time you enter a restaurant, a waiting room, or even a sanctuary that is familiar to you, empower someone and see the miracles unfold.  (Harmony, p. 201)

Tetzaveh: Exodus 27:20 – 30:10

For seven days, there are offerings to install the priests and sanctify the altar, so it will be “Kodesh Kadashim,” Holy of Holies.

Holiness lives in the realm of pure emanation.  It emanates from the subtleties that come in caring for the soul, in loving humanity, in being aware of the miracle in each moment, and in living fully with joy.  Imagine a world where everyone and everything acts in the awareness of their holiness.  (Intention, p. 53)

Ki Tissa: Exodus 30:11 – 34:35

Aaron gathers up all their gold, and makes for them a god, a golden calf.  The next day, they offer sacrifices, eat, drink, and dance.

It is counter-productive to your growth and possibilities to try to hold on to certainty and contain your God image as anything less than infinite.  Even in certainty, there needs to be room for dynamism.  (Wisdom, p. 81)
