Shelach: Numbers 13:1 – 15:41

The entire congregation says, “If only we had died in Egypt, or if only we might die in this wilderness!”

How often people bemoan their fate yet do not endeavor to utilize the strength within themselves to make their lives better.  Looking around you today, you will probably find it easy to recognize several people who remain locked within an impoverished perception of themselves.  Are you one of them?  (Nobility, p. 297)

Courage is the ability to look within, touch your heart, and face yourself.  It is the courage to open the passageways of your heart and walk through your fears, regardless of the pain, disappointment, or loss.  It is the courage to see yourself through the varied lenses of perception, and to love what you see.  (Harmony, p. 183)
