Ki Tavo: Deuteronomy 26:1 – 29:8

“Do not deviate to the right or to the left from any of the commandments…”

Life is an ever-changing, inter-connecting, growth-oriented, dynamic, heart-throbbing, sensational state of awareness.  For every up there is a down, for every in an out, for every right a left, and for every around a through.  All things are in harmony in the universe of God, and all worlds balance one another.  (Harmony, p. 178)

Ki Tavo: Deuteronomy 26:1 – 29:8

When you are in the presence of one who is ready to speak his or her spirit, listen from your heart.  Let the thoughts and distractions in your head clear.  Let the expectations in your mind vanish.  Move into the vibration and frequency of the person who is sharing his or her spirit with you.  In the union of spirit and heart, you are fulfilling a vital portion of your destiny.  As it says in Deuteronomy 28:1, “In listening, you listen to the voice of God.”  (Harmony, p. 192)

Ki Tavo: Deuteronomy 26:1 – 29:8

Moses begins his final address by reminding the Israelites that all God’s wonders have been right before them, but the people have yet to see, hear, or comprehend.

Although the presence of God radiates through the entire universe and all parts of who you are, you have the choice whether to receive it or not.  The choice is yours.  (Creativity, p. 284)

Nitzavim: Deuteronomy 29:9 – 30:20

“Perhaps there is among you a man or a woman or family or a tribe whose thoughts stray today from our God…”

Each time you stray from the path, you have the flexibility and courage to return.  (Compassion, p. 136)

Nitzavim: Deuteronomy 29:9 – 30:20

“The hidden matters are God’s, and the revealed matters are ours and our children’s forever.”

In the words of Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berdichev, ask God to reveal the essence to you:  “Show me one thing.  Show it to me more clearly and deeply.  Show me what this, which is happening at this very moment, means to me – what it demands of me – what You, Lord of the World, are telling me by way of it.”  Meditate on guidance and you will hear.  (Strength, p. 153)

Nitzavim: Deuteronomy 29:9 – 30:20

When we return to God, with all our heart and soul, then even from the edge of the heavens, God will take us back.

In any shift or change, you move from one center to another.  You can find unconditional freedom in allowing yourself and others around you to shift their positions from one center to another without losing the sacred circle of life.  Moving freely from one center of being to a new one is part of growth and change.  (Success, p. 232)

Nitzavim: Deuteronomy 29:9 – 30:20

Moses reassures the people that the Teachings are “neither in the heavens nor beyond the sea,” but within their grasp to understand.

When the mind is calm, empty, and still, clear thoughts rise to the top and wisdom is received.  In the vast emptiness, your mind is open, reflective, radiating intelligence, and seeded with enlightenment.  (Wisdom, p. 65)
